The 6th CCE Health Committee invites students, clinicians and scientists who are interested in sharing their ideas and works with the conference participants through their abstract. Please consider the following guidelines and tips to facilitate the submission and subsequent follow-up process.

General Requirements:
- Participants may be individuals or groups; however, the finalist certificate will only be awarded to the participant whose name is listed as the first author (and also the presenter if they advance to the next stage)
- An individual may join multiple groups, but they are permitted to be the first author on only one scientific paper
- The submitted paper must be original, unpublished, and must not have previously being a winner in any other seminar or symposium
- Participants are required to adhere to the rules and format specified by the event committee. Please download the abstract format here.
- All participants should complete the registration form and submit the abstract through bit.ly/AbstractSubmissionCCE2024 no later than June 23, 2024
- Full paper submission will be conducted after the abstract is confirmed to be accepted (July 3, 2024). All the participants whose abstract are accepted will be presenting on 6th CCE Health oral presentation on July 12, 2024.
Please fill out the registration form maximum on June 23, 2024. The JCOEMPH editorial board and reviewers will review the abstract and you will receive an information whether the abstract has been accepted. Accepted abstracts could join oral presentation. You will be notified on this decision on July 3, 2024.
